Refund policy

All sales are final, no refunds.

We provide accurate sizing for our items. It is your responsibility to verify sizing in our size chart before purchasing.

We evaluate quality of our items as we care about our small business but being a small business, we cannot accept every situation. 

PREORDER REFUNDABLE

In the event an item is not restocked full refund will be provided. A refund is only applicable if the item is not able to be received to us to fulfill. The timeframe we receive an item may be out of our control due to delays, there are no cancellations allowed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a LIMITED 7-day EXCHANGE policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We understand that not all clothing is a one size fit all, kids grow up quickly, but we want to make sure you get the most use out of your outfits by ordering the correct size. Ensuring you check the sizing chart may avoid the need for an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If exchange is received in used condition no exchange will be provided.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange is approved. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, shoes, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
